TRX Suspension Trainer?

I have been looking at the TRX for awhile now at fitnessanywhere.com and I think I am going to purchase it. Does anyone here have any experience using it? I like that you can do a full body workout at home which is a plus for me. I would like to hear some experiences before buying though. If not, I will post again after I have tried it. Thanks. Image

I personally have not had the opportunity to use the entire TRX system myself, but I can tell you (as a fitness professional) that it is an excellent strength regime.

A few of the personal trainers at our facility even use it with clients.

Make sure you follow guidelines and I am sure you won't be disappointed. :)

Hold the presses!

I bought a TRX a few years ago and while it was a terrific buy I highly recommend the suspension system at monkey bar gym.com.

In particular you want the one that's 2 separate straps instead of just one. it makes some of the exercises much more comfortable and easier to set up.

That and it's about 1/2 the price, lighter and more portable. It was the best 70 bucks I ever spent and clients all love it.

Or hate it, but in a good way if you know what I mean :)

Hi All!!!

Been reading up on the TRX system for a while, and i decided to buy it from trxsuspensiontrainernow.com

Ive been using it for a few weeks now and i can tell you that dang its pretty amazing, i just hook it up to door and go at it for an hour.

Best ive found is the pushups with different angles, really gets you going!
Ive already gained about a pound of muslce so far so we will see!!
