Is '6' pack good enough? Two weeks after....

Hey, new here. Kinda ok with body, don't mind gaining 10 pound in each of arms doh.

This is me 2 weeks later from, trying to eat absolutely no sugar but eat more. Abs exercise 4 times a week, running 3 times a week (15mins) , and really light work out (no abs).

both pictures im contracting...

I want to gain weight but only on chest, arm,back or legs. Not waist but thats for another post....

Youve started well,u just need to work longer,six packs dont just appear after two weeks or so.... advice is to do more jogging and some crunches.this are the best thing for your abs....

thanks for the reply, been working abs off an on but these pictures are two weeks apart, good progress... thanks for the video though, i know lower ab needs alittle work :)
