Hello everyone, I'm Lisa and have decided to start logging workouts on here. Joined last year and used it briefly, then it went a bit pete-tong. So here I am ready to shed another 50lbs or so, have shed 15lb so far this year, so just traying best to stay on track!
Thurs 4th March
EXERCISE: 45min Spin class
45min Bodypump class
Food: 1433 cals
Will try and remember HRM watch tomorrow to get cal expenditure

Just back from the gym, was planning on doing 60min Bodycombat followed by 50min Bodypum, but the instructor never showed up! Not a happy bunny! So, instead I ended up doing 150cals worth on treadmill and Xtrainer and bike (I've no motivation unless I'm in a class), then a 1hr 30mins Yoga class.
Cals for today will be about 1500, but will confirm later. Actual Cals- 1808.
Also, weighted myself this morning and another 2lb gone, so 17lbs in total
