So i know yall haven't heard from me in a while, but i started diet early january (sad that i don't know what day haha), but so far i'm doin alright, i've went from 204 to 187, and i keep a good clean diet, and i run everyday after school at least a mile. on tuesdays and thursdays i go to the gym (cause that's when the only free one is open) and i do alot of weight lifting, and i do 200 crunches everyday.
what i want to know is, how do you get rid of "man boobs" and big thighs? (By the way i'm a guy, don't let the name mislead you haha)
i'm trying to slim up for prom and graduation, would you say it's possible to go from 186 to 165ish by may 22nd or June 4th? and also, i realized earlier that i don't really care about weight because i'm gaining alot of muscle, i'm just interested in fat loss...tips would be very helpful, thanks!
