I have been very inactive for a long time . Started martial arts a month and a half ago . Then after the initial muscle soreness faded started to train cardio as well . training looked like this : Monday and wednesday 1.5 hour martial arts in the evenings with ranges from hard to very hard work out in the sense that shirt is soaked after a session . Tuesdays /thursdays / fridays i did cardio for a hour session a day . The result was i dropped 10 kg and 4 % body fat .
Ok now question is this would i be pushing myself to hard if i now start to train mondays / wednesdays cardio in the morning for a hour and martial arts 1.5 hrs at night , then tuesdays / thursdays / fridays / saturdays cardio 1 hr session and super circuit training for a 1- 1.5 hrs at night ?
goal is to drop another 15 kg in 2.5 months and to get body fat down to 15% , i also need to get stamina up as i need that in martial arts . I thought of starting to do super circuit as i really want to put some muscle on as well and define a bit too .
Any feedback would be appreciated .
