Cardio kickboxing videos help

I've been hearing alot about cardio kickboxing and how is it one of the best ways to burn calories, im really interested in trying it but I really have no idea how to start, can anyone fill me up about this? maybe with videos that I can follow at home? Thanx

You may consider exercise videos -- their workout videos are geared toward beginners and you can even download the videos from their site. favorites are the pilates and yoga, but mom does the kickboxing and loves that one too!
