Does anyone have any hints for recovery. Lets say after a leg day. I'm twenty five and I have yet to find something as painfull as the two days following leg days. You know the kind of pain that makes you just want to curl up into the fetal position. I haven't been able to make it to the gym in about a month now, due to some clerical errors so I havent been able to do legs in about the same amount of time. Not really looking forward to getting back to into the routine either
leg day's usually something like
squats(16,10,8,6)
leg press (10,8,6)
stiff leg deadlift (12,12)
calf raises(10,8,6)
I was hoping for more of a miracle cure but I suppose that was morsoe what i was expecting. Thx for the feedback. Oh, any feedback on actual routine? Suggestions or critique's.
