I would recommend working your whole body, but you do your thing. You are working your arms too much though. once a week is enough if you are working your back once a week as well. if you want to work them more, give them about 72 hours of rest time. Do monday and thursday. Monday chinups 3X8 and dips 3x8. Thursday V grip Chinups 3x8 bench dips 3x8. These can be mixed up a bit with different grips and angles and so forth. next week add five pounds of weight. add five pounds of weight every week but dont increase if you cant complete all reps and sets. Compound exercises are better for mass.
