I don't mean hardcore or anything just some walking on the treadmill or that sit-down bike (not sure the proper term for that.) I have been sick since Thursday and have not done anything since then ( mom gave this cold to me & son and she has had it for the past several weeks.) Several mos ago, before I began working out, I had alot of pain in right hip and heals - and it is starting to come back now. I am not sure if doing some light exercising will prolong chest cold or make it worse? I am also concerned that not exercising at all for any longer will make the pain much worse and harder to start up again (I was having problems walking, infact the first time I attempted to jog I couldn't walk without pain for a week) after I began exercising regularly 5/6 days a week the pains all went away but it took me a while to work up to that.
Anyway I was just wondering if exercising while sick was a no-no. Any thoughts from the pros?
