Ok, so I want to take the protein shake twice a day especially during weight training workout days. I know it is best to take it after workout which I currently do. I need to know when is the best time to take the second shake? With breakfast in the morning or at night before going to sleep?

Would the time between both shakes matter?.. if say for example, I wake up at 10am, have a protein shake with breakfast and then 2 hrs later start working out and have another protein shake at 1:00pm. Or if I workout late in the evenings (7.00pm) have a protein shake directly after workout and 3 hrs later say(11.00pm) 1 hr before I sleep have another one?

Either option should be fine.

In general, the two most critical times for drinking a protein shake are:
First thing in the morning
Immediately following your resistance or weight training workout
