Reducing stomach fat High intensity cardio
Ive been lifting heavy weights for some time now and have a decent upper body and legs but stomach still carrys some fat, Ive just got diet right but just need some advice on what is best to lose the fat, ive been told to do some high intensity cardio, does anyone have any suggestions or workouts for this plus I dont want to burn any muscle just fat thanks.

Well you could be training Total body 3x a week and Cardio 2x a week. split the off days to day 4 and 7, os you train 3 days stright at any one time.

Remember diet is 70% of weight loss, try keeping a food journal for a while. A study from Australia found that sprint training burns significantly more fat than moderate prolonged cardio. Try a 5minute warm-up followed by 20 minutes of high intensity intervals and a 5 minute cool-down. Vary the interval durations everyother workout. If you find you can go longer, you're not working hard enough.

I lost two inches by intence cadio. I usually did 60 minutes a day, five mornings a week. It made me feel good accomplishing these goals. I noticed the difference in less than two weeks. It happened so fast. I did the lepitical machine usually for thirty minutes or for an hour. If I did thirty minutes of the eliptical machine, i followed up with 30 minutes on the bicycle machine.
