Does anyone know how many calories get burnt doing weight training?
We have small gym at work and currently I am using the following machines:
- Chest Press
- Shoulder Press
- Lat Pulls
- Leg Press
- Free Weight Bar Bell
Currently I do 3 sets of 10 reps at 18kg on each machine(I'm just a beginner!). Takes me about 20-25 minutes.
