no seriously.I was thinking whether I should add whey protein before/after workouts because I've been working out for a while now and for goodness gracious, I'm losing weight or maintaing. JUST NEVER GAINING. I want to gain a little more weight and build more muscle. any help with this anyone?
Should I add whey protein? or is there another kind which will suit me better for this particular needs that is really good that you've used or heard that really works? and before or after workouts? before or after cardio or weight workouts? (does it even matter when or for which??)thanks!!!

It should help you gain mass , and i think you should use it before a training and before sleeping...
