Getting sick, help!

What do you all do when you are starting to feel sick. I am NOT sick yet but it feels like it is a day or two out. I am a bit chilled and have a slight fever. I have a chest/back workout planned for tonight, what do I do? I have been taking Vitamin C every day and I always drink tons of water. Yesterday was day off so I really don't want to take today off. Any suggestions?

Drank a couple cups of Chai Tea and am feeling better. I am going to give the workout a try but not push too hard and see how it goes. I just hate taking time off when I just got over the soreness phase. If needed, I will take tomorrow off. Thanks for the advice guys!!
