need exercise routine.
have lost 25 lbs recently. need to tone, tighten and stop the jiggly. i have checked out thesite and am confused. i exercise but can't see results. can anyone give me a routine or the type of exercises i need to do to pull myself together? upper arms, entire back, waist, , hips, thighs, chest. thanks for all the help up front. you are all great
