taking your body measurements

How dose one take the proper mesasurement of your body ( i would like to know how many inches i lost ,instead of using a scale) where do u place the mesuring tape. Thanks

arms - the point where the shoulder goes into the arm on the outer side...know what i mean?
chest - nipple
waist - button
hips - widest point
thighs - arms down by sides and at thumb level

MOST IMPORTANT - TAKE THEM AT THE SAME SPOT EVERYTIME
