hi i am 23 me and friend started going to gym samy time and we do same exercises with same weights. friend got nice cuts on his arm but how hard try i am not able to get cuts on arms, only the size of bisep is increasing can any one suggest any exercises to get nice cuts on arms
It's just a matter of body fat and body composition levels. If your after cuts you need to build up the muscle to a decent size and then diet to lower . If I was you I would stop doing what he does and personalise your program. There is no such thing as a "cutting" exercise. Just work the muscle from as many angles as you can with a variety of modes (DB's, BB's, Cables). It might just be that without rather extreme dietary measures you can't get cut. I hover at 13ish% and never have any "cutness" about me even when pumped up so don't sweat it too much.
Help answer this too!
Hi, this one question for strength training I also have in mind and that is whether it is a must for the doctor to examine the body before someone goes for a strength training, in fact this came in thoughts as I have one of office staffs who regularly complains that he got no real benefits performing the strength training although the time he spent behind this at least something should have been noticeable by now! So what can be it that is resisting his progress?
Not only for strength training but if you try to take any form of exercising seriously it is always a good idea to have the health checked up with a physician, else there are chances that the person would grumble just as your staff has in this case. In lieu to this I also found a person asking almost the identical question so you can do one thing have a reading to that from http://www.imsickofbeingfat.com/forum/e ... h+training think it will help.
cood b from a variety of things
- inadequate nutrition
- overtraining
- undertraining
initial thought was that he needs to personalise his training and nutrition. I don't know if he's following stuff from magazines but they won't work for the ave trainer. Have him post his program and nutrition and we can look at it and also what he's tried that hasn't worked and most importantly what his goald are
