In lieu of you posting this somewhere else, I'm assuming this does not require 7 days a week training, as really, you should not weight train more than 5 days a week, to allow for rest periods.

Where does Cardio come into play? And i' m curious to know why you combined chest and back in the same session as opposed to the more conventional method of doing them both separately.I myself have bounced around from a few different regimens and am pretty open minded. What where your results like?
