I don't have any after's yet as I just started, but any advice I can get on certain workouts based off of body tyoe would be great ! also, how often should I take pics to track progress visualy ? monthly ?

I try to take update pics once a month, close to the same day each month. But that's just me
It helps to keep me in line when I know i'm gonna take pics soon!

Once every 4-6 weeks, should be fine. I wouldn't go beyond 2 months, just because it's a long time to wait and wonder.
Sometimes pics might help you visualise what others see, bearing in mind you see those minor changes regularly, so you won't notice them as much, like the casual observer who might literally see every few weeks.
Seeing progress stuff will help you see what has happened better, if you choose to do any that is.
