I'm a 40 years old , started exercising 6 months ago.
What i'm noticing however is that muscles keep aching in spite of the fact that it's already been 6 months.
I first started seeing it a couple of years ago when i was skiing for 2 -3 weeks in a row and was having legs muscle pain that didnt go away...
I should add that i dont eat meat but still eat fish and seafood.
Curious if it may have something to do with diet?
Or it's just the first bell of reaching 40, something I'll have to put up with?
