Is Body Fortress Whey Protein a good product?

Yo. I usally use Six Star Muscle Whey Protein Powder and I like it but recently, I bought some Body Fortress Whey Protein. I've heard mixed reviews on it. Some people say it works well, some people say its garbage, some people say it tastes like shit. Has n e one used it and what do y'all think of it. Holla back! Peace

when choosing whey powder compare serving size, container size and cost. Check the sodium content and go for taste. Usually the biggest container for the cheapest cost and best taste is the way to go. How well it mixes with H2O or milk is sometimes a factor as well. Whey is pretty much whey.... don't get weighed down by it ;) !

I used this stuff for about a year. One of the best things about this protein is that it's cheap and available. It also has its own creatine, which was great until I tried a pre-workout stim that also had creatine. I stopped using this because I didn't want to go over ~5g a day of creatine. I would still be using it if I didn't prefer pre-workout stim over this. The taste is chocolate-y, drinkable, but not great. The drawbacks don't outweigh the positive qualities of this protein though.
