I am very skinny now (runs in the family), but still seem to have some fat that I had not had before I gained the weight.
I have decided that I want to gain about 20lbs, only this time, the right way: healthy diet and muscle toning.
question is this:
If I'm working out and eating right, will I still gain back the fat since the cells are there? OR, will the working out and good diet lead to those fat cells not growing as greatly as they did before, even though I am gaining weight??
I would rather not try to lose the fat by cardio, mainly because I don't want to get any skinnier!
