I found this program by Charles Poliquin 'German Vol. training'

I would have to swap out a few exercises, no leg curls available and some ab work would need to be swapped.

it's 1 way to build muscle
the problems with this program are:
1 - no structural balance as there is 336+ reps for internal rotation of the shoulder (think benches and shoulder presses etc) and only 72 fir external rotation of the shoulder and no where near the equal load (total wt lifted) for each = hurtey shoulders in no time
2 - you'll want to be 100% sure your eating a shitload more then you're maintenenace
3 - form/technique deteriorates quickly under fatigue which is what this program is all about
4 - you need to basically use the exercises that are listed
5 - uses only 1 rep range really (10 - 12) so nay gains you've made with low rep (sets of 3 - 6 and even
will be lost during this - use it or lose it really
like i said in your journal, switch your exercises around and go fo a totally opposite program as to what you've been doing
