Do you go to marion catholic in IL by any chance?
Don't worry about it, dropping 25 lbs for a wrestler is easy
.
Here's some idea for your diet http://usawct.org/coachescorner/diet.php .
I know running isn't the most fun thing in the world, but going on runs will be benificial for weight loss and getting in good cardio shape. Swimming is a fun alternative if that's a possibility for you.
Also, get in your school's wrestling room if you can and drill with a partner and try to do stuff some of the stuff you would normally do for an in-season practice. It will only make the season easier for you.
And once you do actually get in season, you will drop lots of weight in the first week.
If all else fails talk to your coach about nutrition.
