Is an 8 pack possible for me?

Post by BlackPhoenix »

Hi, I would like to ask if it looks like I could possibly obtain an eight-pack, and If I could, would it appear below or above current 6 (meaning, should I focus on lower or upper abs)? (I ask because many websites say that an eight-pack is genetics, and if your button is not on one of the creases/lines that form your abs, and mine is not, then you cannot get more than six to show.)

Hi,

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but an 8 pack is normally down to your genetics. Some people genetically have 8, while others have 6.

Did you see that 300 workout on the men health and fitness page for the eight pack?

a) Pullups - 25 reps
b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps
c) Pushups - 50 reps
d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps
e) Floor wipers - 50 reps
f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
g) Pullups - 25 reps

All with no rest. I am going to try it tonight.

300 workout results: completed in 38 minutes and 46 seconds. It was harder than I thought.
