face again..... LOL.... I'm losing which is gurrrrrrate but man counting cals and eating all the time you'd think I'd be happy to eat all the time but damn...

Anyone else feel this way?????

I used to feel that way. I stop counting everything I ate because I was getting obsessed with it. Now I just eye ball things and kinda know food intake because I eat almost the same thing anyways… (Adjust here and there as needed)

We tend to eat all the time when it comes to Junk food… But Yeah, eating those healthy foods can be hard at times when starting out.

Now because I’m working out so much and more intensive, body is happy I’m feeding it especially with good and healthy food. :D

Good Job that you're losing... KEEP IT UP!

I was the same way at first but after 3 1/2 months I am in a good routine now and especially with the fact I am down 27LBS and juts about at the weight I want to be at. I thought July and Aug would be tough months with cookouts and traveling but it has been fine just have to get back it as soon as you can.

What kinds of foods are you eating when you "stuff your face again"? How many calories are you eating? If you feel like you need to eat, even after eating every 2-3 hours you may not be eating enough. If youre eating out of boredom make sure you ALWAYS have healthy snacks around... cut up veggies would be perfect... This way if you feel like you must eat, you can grab some veggies and not feel bad. Orrrr you could just make sure you have gum with you at all times and have a piece of that when you're craving something sweet.

I'm eating good like you told me cassie it's just eating every 2-3 hr is crazy it's like I'm still full from the last meal ya know?

Maybe you should eat every 3 1/2 to 4 hours instead of 2 to 3. At the end of the day, that would only be maybe one time less.

Yes, Jess, I know exactly how you feel! I am not really hungry and it is time for next meal but I eat it whether I am hungry or not which makes it not so enjoyable. Eating has become kinda like another part time job. A lot of preparation and dedication. It is worth it though!

I'd be more concerned with counting macronutrients than calories. After a while though you should be able to just eyeball portions instead of weighing and measuring.

yeah....

for sure... it buggs me a lot aswell...

thinking abt the calories, what should i eat and all that is a bit too fuzzy...
but cant help it, to stay fit one needs to stay like this... wat an irony..
