Hi
I was wondering if you could tell me how much your calories need to be reduced by after finishing a lean muscle gain cycle to cut any fat which has been put on?
For example calories would roughly be 3100 during cycle and I realise that by reducing it by 500 each week afterwards would help me to lose 1 pound a week but could it be decreased further without muscle wastage occurring?
Any help would be appreciated

decrease cal's 250 every 5 - 7 days and adjust if needed...if you decrease next week and lose wt then keep it the same until you don't lose wt then decrease again and so on
