em currently weighing 139 pounds(63 kgs) n height is 184 cms...
bmi says tat em under weight...
even i got muscles shaped ... em still strugglin out to increase body weight..
pals please help me out on this one..
p.s: is there any excercise 2 increse hip size...
mine z 31inches...
help neede 2 increse body weight n 2 make ma lats bigger...

Age? Why are you going by a height/weight chart? They so do not work!!!!!!!!!!

You want to shape your body, that is what body building is all about. Strick diet and timing of diet as well as a strick workout schedual. Trying to work only one body part is rather fruitless. The body is a unit so work it all. Compound excercises with some isolation exercises is what tends to work for the majority out there.
knowing your body type is not really necessary either. Knowing how your body reacts to stimulus is the important issue, like how you process foods or how certain excercises affect your body. Times of day you do better with some things than other times, etc.
You need to look at what you really want to acheive for short and long term goals and then you can figure out how to get there!
Keep reading, keep asking and keep doing... Its how you learn!

the thing z tat i shaped ma body nicely but still em lukin lean.. The main observation z tat upper body skeleton is not broader.. It demotivates me .. Em 19.. The first perspective of mine is to improve upper body physique.. For yo info ..em not concentratin on any particular body part ..workin out in proper way

Okay, keep with large lifts, squats, deads, rows, olympic lifts, bench, pull up variations....
At 19 you are a full adult, but believe it or not, you may not be done actually growing, you could still change some. You are now at a point where mass will either be hard or easy to put on. Its genetic... not saying you can't, not saying you will......
Diet is extremely important to build mass so please read diet and nutrition forum stickies... they have great information!
Next, it takes alot of time to shape your body, patience is definately a virtue....
