From 155lb to 167lb

Post by artoni »

Hi evrybody.
It has been about 2 months since I started working out and making better food choices.
When I started working out I was barely at 155 lb, and when I got in the scale this morning It showed at 167 lb. I weigh myself every 10-14 days, first thing in the morning after a trip to the bathroom.

This is the thing though: I do not see much of a difference although friends and people I know tell me that body has changed and looks much better.

I want to thank everybody that helped me.

Cheers,

You may not seem to see a difference because 1) you're probably critical of your body, but more importantly, you see your body on a day to day basis. If you want to literally see the results you're getting, than simply take a picture of yourself at a certain interval, say once per month, and then compare the pictures. I guarentee you'll see the results.
