bmr is 2376 and cal's in is only 594? are you trying to die quickly? you're going the right away about it

i'm not sure of your goals but you look fine so just focus on being healthy

train hard and heavy

eat lots of protein, fruit and veg

don't worry about cals in vs cals out, not yet anyway

Calories consumed for you should be at least around 1800 or more. Since you’re exercising, I don’t see a problem you’re eating more… Hey, if you wanna keep sparring you will need to feed your body to have energy!
(Feed it with good and healthy food... NOT junk food)

Over training and under eating is not the way to go. You will only mess up your metabolism and make your body weak…

I agree with Swanso… You look Great! Being healthy is totally the focus :D

Okayyy...
What's weird is I don't remember asking how I looked, nor did I ask for advice on what to do. As much as I appreciate this advise, it didn't really answer question. Regardless of whether or not you believe feeble little brain can handle the advance, near nuclear, science behind caloric intake, I'd still like the opportunity to use the tools on this site.

I realize those numbers weren't good, and I'm not a crazy anorexic preteen... Note the part that says I had about 1000 calories, not all were logged nor was night anywhere near over so I easily made up what I was missing.

I just wanna know wth this Calories Burned number is and where it came from.
