Newbie Here
I am new to this site and glad I have found it. I am 6 ft and 350 lbs. I am active and starting to watch what I eat and excerise regular. I am looking for a good cardio work out and weight training to lose weight and gain strength. If anyone has a good plans or ideas for me I am willing to try. I am now walking at rate of 3.7 mph for 8 mins then jogging 5.0 mph for 2 mins and doing this for a total of 30 mins and then working with weights. I need help Thanks
