Can people please rate this program, and/or suggest more ideas. On each day I will be doing a weight circuit in the morning and this cardio program in the afternoons:
Mon
Long Slow Distance (LSD) of up to 7 km
Tues
Interval training - 10 x 5oom sprints or 5 x 1km sprints, with lunges and squats incorporated
Wed
Swim for 1 km
Thurs
same as Mon
Fri
Hill intervals, lunges, burpees
Sat
Swim for 1km in morning, then bike in the afternoon.
Sun
rest!!!
Is this a good cardio program? please rate....
