17 year old diet and excercise plan?
Hello, Im a of 17 years old, 6'1" 194 pounds. Im not overweight but i have fat that i want to get rid of and replace with muscles. Im also looking to gain muscle strength in the rest of body, but stomach is top priority at the moment. Can anyone give me a week of diet/nutrition guideline and a week of excercise routine to help me reach goal? Ant help will be much appreciated. Thank you!
Well you would need to start doing something like Total body training, where you work all your muscles 3x a week, increasing slightly for 4-6 weeks in order to adapt.
You could throw in 2 interval sessions of Cardio a week as well, on days when you're not working out, but I'd make sure you take a day off training after your third day, so you're not having the two days off back to back, and not training 5 days straight either.
This would be best achieved at a Gym where possible
As for the diet, what do you eat and when do you eat.
