Does anyone have any good low calorie meal plans and know any good links to them?
I am looking for some from maybe 1500 to 2500 a day. I would like to eat 1500 a day one or two days a week and around 2000 to 2500 the rest of the week.
Unless that is not a good idea. Any thoughts on this?

yeah I was just at that part of starting and I found great meals and days planned out, go to your fit tracker and click on the nutrition tab after that pops up look just below the tab you clicked on and it will have a sub tab named meals click on that and scroll down till you find the range youre looking for!good luck!

In your case, go for 2,500 a day, and then maybe 2,200 on non-workout days.
Depending on how you eat, you could reduce your calories on those days, by 300, (50 calories per meal).
So either drop 5g Protein, 5g Carbs, 1g Fats, or go for 5g Carbs, 3-4 Fats. Could perhaps go for 5g Protein 3-4g Fats.
Depends on what you choose to eat, and how much Protein you consume a day, as if you were eating 1.2g per lb bodyweight on workout days, you could then be looking at roughly 1g Protein per lb, on non-workout days.
