everyday 30 min cardio followed by strength training of upper body and Lower Body muscles (Upper and lower on alternate Days)

or

3 days 60 min cardio and 3 days full body Strength Training

3 days full body and cardio on days inbetween.
like this:

mon-weights
tue-hiit
wed-weights
thu-hiit
fri-weights
sat-steady state cardio
sun-off

or if you really wanna do cardio on weight days do it after rather than before the weights. and no need to go for an hour at a time. 20 mins hiit is enough.
