workout routine to loose weight

i am currently 70 kg with 5.6 height

workout routine is

Mon/ Wed/ Fri
45 min spinning class

strength Training

Step Lunges
Squat
Calf raise
Push Ups
Leg Curl, Leg Extension/ Leg Press/ Abducter

Tue/ Thurs/ sat

25 Min Treadmill
Bicep Curls
Tricep Extension
Front Raise
Lat Pull Down
DB Row
Chest Press
Shoulder press
20 Min Cross Trainer


am i missing or overdoing anything?

try full body 3x a week.
