Everytime I click on properties, then highlight the jpeg link, then try to copy it doesn't work. I did it the first time - oh well, you got it for me! Thanks!! Anyway, the first pic was taken in January 2009 at 201 lbs! I started new life style on Dec 8th at 211! The second pic is at 170 - still too heavy, but I'm still working on it! original goal was 150, but I'm thinking 155-160 now - seems muscle looks different than fat

We live up against a nature preserve, but I must admit I do worry at times when in the hot tub quite naked that an telescopic lens might be lurking somewhere
lookin' good girl!! You are rockin' those muscles! Keep up the good work, not only are you improving your health and body but you are inspiring countless others (myself included ) on this site to continue on in their own personal weight loss/fitness journey.
I can be having a bad day, or feeling discouraged, or just plain lazy and all it takes is for me to read one entry of your workout journal and I kick myself in the butt and tell myself to GET UP AND WORKOUT!!! THERE ARE NO EXCUSES!! I thank you for that. you are awesome
Could be worse. I mean if you live next to a nature reserve, you might find you're in your tub, and suddenly some Squirrals start getting jiggy in your hair, or something like that .
Oh and then there's the possibility you might have to clean your tub out a lot, because the water sometimes gets full of animal and bird poo, possibly?
