I'm back, Rage is back and Rage is..FAT

It's nice to see some old names here, i have a very vague memory if when the last time I was here -long time.

I need plenty of advice.

Alright, so what happened in the past 8 months.

I had a very bad breakdown, and I'm on anti-depressants (not fun, I tell you). They really slowed me down with exercise, eating habits. Anti-depressants are known to make you tired -and that's how i've been in the past 6 month to the most.

So I've got a (added fat-weight '51-52KG') & YES, it is fat weight, I do gave a preggy looking ! Thats the only place I ever gain weight, stomach and hips..those evil places!
And I forgot all about eating healthy, exercising and all that!

I know myself, I can't be 100% healthy. I was okay say 9 months. Good body. Balanced in food. Nice weight. No problemo.

Pills came. They ruined everything.

time is very tight now. I try to throw in a 20-30 minutes cardio workout at least 3 times a week. I work from 9-6, get back home dead tired.

I eat a lot of junk. a lot. I can't even plan anything for myself like I used to before....

I'm all over the place.

=(

Rage is very unhappy. :(
& Rage is raging at rage!

Help?

P.S. is bad eating an apple about 2 hrs before you sleep after a workout?

It sounds like you have a lot on your mind right now. I read some of your previous posts and it seems you have had a hard time sticking to a good diet or workout routine. Just make up your mind to do one thing, something that's good for you to get you started. You admit being all over the place so don't put additional pressure on yourself - choose something you know you can be successful at...once you do that, you'll feel really good and maybe be able to take the next step and add something else. Whatever you do, don't set yourself up for failure - choose something small, then work your way up to where you want to be when you are ready. Take small "positive" little steps.

So - how about "I will eat a healthy breakfast every day" or I will give up "donuts" <--not sure if you eat donuts, but pick something you know is bad for you that you can give up. This will take some time, but if you don't start now it will take even longer

Take Care of yourself and Good luck!
