I just want to tell you all that YOU ROCK WORLD! I absolutely admire and adore each and every one of you! I have traded addiction to ice cream for an addiction to shapefit and I've never felt better in life! I'm so excited I just can't keep it to myself lol! I turned the whiteboard in office into a huge calendar to track progress and each day I'm excited to cross off another day closer to first goal. Thank you all for your help and encouragement. Very very addictive - I seem to be here day and night! 
We love having you here! I guess we are all just "Simply Blessed" to have such a great community of caring and support. You definitley started out with the right attitude, that's probably the number 1 thing you need to have to reach your goals, a great positive attitude!
Course sometimes we get down, but there is always someone here to pick you up or kick you in the ...oops, did I say that?

I am greatful for the people that make this site what it is. I try within reason, to do what I think is best within remit, to support members, protect their computer security and human rights, and to encourage and cultivate an atmosphere, people have a right to expect and deserve.
This could not happen, if this board was only ever the preserve of myself, Admin and a few members who signed up, but never commented.
I wouldn't single you out especially S B, but I will say at this juncture, that you represent the type of person, we need and appreciate on this site.
You add to the meaning of community, by respecting other people, and displaying much humanity to others in your attitude and actions, and it is clear you are a person, like many here, with human qualities you have a right to be very proud of and without personality types like you, this site would have died off long ago.
So good luck to you, and take pride in your efforts to change yourself. It's a little by little, step by step process, but you are proving you CAN do it, and we know you WILL do it in time.
