Im 14 and i need some good exercies for back and legs, i dont go to the gym and do workout at home, any ideas?

In no particular order.

Squats with a Broom or Mop on your Back.

Lunges with a Broom or Mop on your Back.

Bent Over Barbell Rows with a Broom or Mop.

Press-ups.

Diamond Press ups.

Wall Press-ups.

Deadlifts with a Mop or Broom.

Torso Twists, with a Mop or Broom.

Mop or Broom Cleans

Mop or Broom Curls

Mop or Broom Reverse Curls.

Miltary Presses with a Mop or Broom

Shoulder Presses with a couple of Books

Book Curls.

Book Kickbacks

Book Tricep Extensions

Book Hammer Curls

Book Zottman Curls

21's using a Mop or Broom.

Book Front and Side Raises for Delts

Book Shrugs.

Mop or Broom Shrugs, for variation.

Walking Book Lunges

Book Lunges, regular, front or Side.

Abs work like Planks, Leg Raises etc etc.
