pre exercise supplement ==> running ?!?!?!

Post by aryaxt »

I need an energy-boost supplement, to take before running. I have heard of no explode.
I was wondering if you guys know what the best supplement is for energy-boost? that has no side effects and doesn't kill you (like hydroxy cut does)

Thanks

There is no supplement for energy boost. Some claim to make one but reality is unless you're doing long distance running, where things like Gatorade, powerade, Lucozade etc etc, might be useful, or if you're a diabetic person, then even those things are a waste for lifting, and mild Cardio, when you could just hydrate with water.

If you wanted extra energy, just make sure your food Carbs are good before you train.

I've heard that before. The Caffiene supposedly increases Thermogenic activity, although owing to the slight however temporal restriction of Bloodvessels, it could be seen as a double edged sword, as you're going to stimulate the Heart more than would be the case, forcing it to pump harder, to get the blood through, and restricted vessels means reduced oxygen replenishment to cells, during workouts.

I know no one else in this community agrees with me here but i would say its because they have never tried it. NO products kick !!!! never tried NO explode but herd good things about it.

If you want to try one I know is good buy superpump 250. Its awesome!!
Google it and read some reviews. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I already tried them, even in high dosage (2 3 times the dose) and felt like taking a coffee, but really nothing impressive.

Can't speak from experience but I know people who are happy taking NO-xplode. They take it for a cycling class and I guess it helps them through their workouts. I think it's pricey and wouldn't use it for something like that myself.

Another friend of mine who is a great runner takes 5-hour energy shots before he runs. He says it makes a huge difference, maybe just a mental thing. Nevertheless, it seems to work for him.

No explode is not great. It's just got a dose of Caffiene in it, which to some extent constricts Bloodvessels, when NO dilates. Bit of a pointless thing really as even if the level of NO is higher than Caffeine, you'll get a dumbing down effect with he NO.

You'd be better taking Arginine, in he Ketoglutarate form. Helps with NO, and does other things. Provded you don't have a Herpes virus, you'd be fine.

Ketoglutarate is better than regular. Not 100% sure why though.
