Pain in Heel

Post by Mustangs80 »

Through such activities like football, rugby, basketball, and more, i have gain heel pain in left foot for the past 3 days.

It's very possible that I bruised it or that the heel is sore (due to shoes). However, i'm very concerned that i might have a stress fracture. Considering the fact that i have rugby and football fairly soon, i'm at odds how i should act.

Is it possible that heel is simply sore and i shouldn't worry about it?

1. Sore Heel

2. Achillies Heel strain.

3. Possible stress fracture.

4. If it's a tight A H, it could lead to something like Plantar Fasciitis.

5. If you're concerned, go and see a Doctor or sports physio.

get a golf ball and roll it all around the sole of your foot by stepping on it
