What i recognized @ the gym!

i notice at the gym, everyone is trying to lift heavy weights, trying to impress or show off to other people how strong they are!..

But correct me if im wrong.. It definately isnt about how much weight u use, its how u Execute the exercise with proper form/technique. that and any weight u can use more then ur body weight..Correct?

Technique is key. Without it you CAN get physical deformities and injuries you might be stuck with for life.

Only lift big when you can. Don't use dud technique to claim bigger lifts.

Go heavy or go home! But yes you must use proper technique.

Alll about reps hmmm.... thats different.

poeple stay around th1 10 - 15 range ...
