how do you read pmsgs? i dont know how i managed to get on to it but realised i had several pmsgs. now i cant find out how to get back on to it.
anyone know?

Go onto the fittracker, and click mail, then you can read them.

ive done that and i do have mail on there but if i send a pm and then click on pm inbox i have seperate mail there too, i have to send myself a pm so i can view pm inbox though. thanks though.

there's the fitraker and your pm which are different...the only way i foind pm's is if i receive the update from shapefit for it (like a post to a thread here)...some of them hadn't come through and i clicked on one and had 7 unanswered msg's from mths ago
keep one of themn in your inbox so you can always at ;least check every now and then

well mine is an actual book but i've got it typed out from when i did it
