Bulking diet

Post by Bigboi118 »

Ive just weighed myself and seem to be losing weight, i must not be eating enough. I post a journal daily on this site, and 2 months ago i was almost a stone heavier

I cant understand why i would be dropping weight, the amount of food i eat, its crazy, i must be a hard gainer or something (i hate that term cos i kno its probs BS) but i cant see how all that im eating is not enough.

I was wonderin if anyones got the time, could they pls
post up a general day for them whilst on a bulking phase.
Jus so i can see if i am in fact just not eating enough

Heres weight day food

07:00 am - 3 weetabix/milk, 1/2 a protein shake, green apple

10:00 am - 3 boiled eggs, 40g of cashews, banana

01:00 pm - 150G chicken breast with aload of veg/salad, 1/2 a med. avacado, nat. cottage cheese, a fruit pack for after

04:00 pm - Turkey/beeg slices (150G) with aload of veg/salad, 1/2 a med. avacado, 1 wholemeal pitta bread

05:00 pm ------------------------- 06:00 pm Weight lifting

06:00 pm - Protein shake mixed with water, honey and crushed oats

07:00 pm - 250G Lean mince beef with chilli beans/tomato etc. (basically chilli con carne) with broc/caul/carrots/sweetcorn

09:00 pm - 50G of chicken with nat. cottage cheese, handfull of veg

This much food is costing me alot each month lol

The only difference between weight days and cardio days is i wouldnt have the protein shakes, and would have fish or chicken for dinner (On weight days i like to have red meat for dinner i.e Steak or Lean mince)

Any help greatly appreciated

2 options really:

1 - eat more if you can aford it

2 - if not then take cardio days out so you're not expending more cal's and you have more for wt gain

optional 3rd - both

I can afford it but it already costs quite a bit, i suppose i could maybe up the cheaper stuff low fat cottage cheese, eggs.

Ill try and eat more then, how should this reflect on cardio days and non exercise days, should i try to eat the same amount of cals on cardio and weight days or should cardio be less? and non weight days eat even less than the both of them?

Weight - 3000

Cardio - 2700

No exercise - 2500
