I have naturally small wrists and forearms and im looking for ways to get bigger forearms ive been doing the dumbbell wrist flippers and the palms up and down dumbbell wrists curls forearms have gotten some results but im still looking to get them bigger forearms any tips?

deadlifts and food, you're really working against genetics with forearms though

Wrist Curls are bad. You are just going to stress the Joint, and things like Carpal Tunnel, Ulna and Scaphoid.
If you really wanted to Blast forearms with anything classed as Direct, do things like Hammers, or E-Z Bar Reverse Curls.

deadlift holds. just do a normal deadlift and hold it for as long as you can.

close grip pullups are good also.
