Need some suggestions

Post by buggs »

I am vastly out of shape. Honestly I haven't attempted any exercise in years and now I'm paying for it. I don't own a home gym of any kind and frankly do not have the resources to join a gym. I do own a bike which I just took out of the basement after six years and started riding. But what I want to know is there anything that the avg. person may have around the home that I could use for lifting, other grandkids.

Bodyweight exercises are a very good option, otherwise you can get hold of some dumbbells and use those. What exactly are you goals?

Kids make great workout accessories though

you have stairs going into your basement.

try this a couple three times a week.

walk down stairs and back up no break 5 times.

rest 60 seconds

rest 60 seconds

walk down stairs and back up no break, 5 times

no hand rail, stretch before attempting, breath while doing it. ha and pant like a dawg after!
