Acai Berry

Post by Nokie173 »

I don’t know what the hype is about?? … But some of girlfriends are interested in Acai Berry. They wanted to do it because it was on Oprah…

It is claiming: “Its natural combination of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, amino acids, phytosterols, and amino acids work together to help your body function better, process food easier, and burn fat more efficiently. And supposedly Acai has more antioxisant than other fruits or berriesâ€

Sounds overhyped. I mean how many other Fruits, have essential Fatty acids and Amino Acids?

Virtually none, and if they do the amounts would be so pitiful, they would contribute to about 0.0000!% of Brain function, and reduce Cholesterol by 1 millionth of a percent I shouldn't wonder.

Just looks like another faddy thing like Apple cider Vinegar, with too many benefits to be believed.

Okay so hubby got this stuff at work a while back, but it wasn't to lose weight, the guy he worked with was selling it lol. I use it for the vitamin factor. I am not big on swallowing pills or weird tasting things. So I take 2-3 shots of this a day. It taste pretty good, but the proof is in the pudding I've used this stuff for over a month and have not dropped any weight from it. So don't listen to anyone when they tell you it is for weight lose. If you could actually lose weight from this I would have downed the whole bottle.

Anything that sounds..."too good to be true" usually is. Don't waste you money. If healthy, good looking bodies came in a bottle, everyone would have one
