I visit the gym almost everyday besides sundays and wednesdays.
I'm avoiding alot of alcohol but I'm having a picnic with friends tomorrow..
whats the info you can give me about when i have alcohol in system what happens ? what to do? what not do to?
and Second question..
What happens if I only take foods with carbo and proteins and 0 fats. Is it good for the body?

fats are required for a host of things, required more than carbs maybe...why wouldnt you have any?What happens if I only take foods with carbo and proteins and 0 fats. Is it good for the body?
