alcohol and few other questions

I visit the gym almost everyday besides sundays and wednesdays.
I'm avoiding alot of alcohol but I'm having a picnic with friends tomorrow..

whats the info you can give me about when i have alcohol in system what happens ? what to do? what not do to?

and Second question..

What happens if I only take foods with carbo and proteins and 0 fats. Is it good for the body?

fats are required for a host of things, required more than carbs maybe...why wouldnt you have any?

The Fat you don't want is the Saturates in high amounts. No fat isn't really advisable, and it's also practically impossible, unless you're diet is entirely based on things like skinless Chicken, and Fruit and veg.
