back pain workout
Is there any workable exercise to stop or reduce back pains?
you need to get your glutes firing, core stronger, quads/hip flexors more flexible to name a few
what do you do now? how's your posture?

your stuck in anterior pelvic tilt it would seem with some moderate to serious kyphosis
basically your bum sticks uo at the back because your bluites are weak, core is weak and quads and hip flexor muscle group are far too tight
upstairs your tight on the front (chest) and weak on the back and coupled with large boobs, they pull you forward putting a lot of stress on the lower back
